While simultaneously encouraging the youth to embrace our national heritage, MAXX Coffee held campaigns celebrating national days, such as Kartini Day, Batik Day, and Youth Pledge Day (and many more). These campaigns managed to gain interest and engagement from the vast audience.

Interesting interactive content such as quizzes, mini games and mini videos have been well-received among the audience. Engagement Rate has increased up to 600% from 2015 to 2016, along with a 225% increase in number of followers, and we are committed to keep improving to be the best and preferred coffee shop in digital channels.
